| STEP 2 | Make drawings on request. |
| In the process of drawing, gather questions by excel file, etc. and confirm with the customer via email. | |
| Based on the customer response, reflect in the drawing. | |
| STEP 3 | Continue make drawings. |
| After finishing the drawing, the operator will check the drawing and then submit to the superior. The superior will check the drawing for the second time (thoroughly enforce the double check process to ensure quality) |

| STEP 4 | Submit to the customer final drawings and checked drawings. |
| If customer feedback, NINJA Q will base on that requirement and reflect on correcting drawings. | |
